To Register:

1. Download the Registration Form

Postmark deadline for early registration has passed.

Deadline for registration for Active Participants and for Auditors is June 30, 2011.

2. For Active Participants, be sure to include:

Registration Form
Full Payment (Registration and Course Fees)
CV

Active Participants need to pay for course fees when they submit their Registration Form in order to reserve a place.
Auditors may submit payment for course fees at time of Registration session, but registration fees must be paid by June 30, 2011.

3. Please send completed forms with payment to:
